Description

• Develop and implement care plans for residents based on their individual needs and preferences - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the care team to ensure high-quality care is provided - Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment - Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols - Manage and maintain accurate resident records, including medical histories, care plans, and progress notes - Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for residents - Provide hands-on care as needed, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
